We accept exchange requests only if you receive an incorrect model or a damaged/defective product. Used products are strictly ineligible for replacement.
A continuous, uncut 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory. You must record the sealed package being opened from start to finish. If the package seal is broken before you start recording, the claim will not be accepted.
You must share the unboxing video and report the issue to our support team via Email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
Once we receive and successfully verify the original item at our facility, we will dispatch your replacement on the exact same day.
