Replacement & Exchange Policy – WinningKid Toys & Fun

At WinningKid Toys & Fun, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring a great experience for our customers. Please review our policy carefully regarding item replacements and exchanges.

(Please note: We do not offer returns or refunds. We exclusively process replacements or exchanges for eligible items.)

General Exchange Guidelines

Products, once sold, cannot be exchanged without a valid, qualifying reason. For all online orders, replacements are accepted exclusively under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Product: The item received does not match the model ordered.

  • Damaged Product: The item arrived damaged or defective upon delivery.

Note: Under no circumstances are used products eligible for a replacement or exchange.


Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (Important)

To protect our customers and ensure transparency, an unboxing video is strictly required to process any replacement or exchange claim.

  • The 360° Video Rule: When you receive your parcel, you will notice an important instructional sticker on the box. Please read it carefully. You must record a continuous, 360-degree video of the sealed package before and during the opening process.

  • Do Not Break the Seal Without Recording: If the package seal is broken before you begin recording the unboxing video, any subsequent request for a replacement will not be accepted.

  • Video Quality & Continuity: The unboxing video must be uncut from start to finish, clearly showing the package being opened and the immediate condition of the product inside.

  • Reporting Timeframe: The video must be shared with our support team via Email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

Claims submitted without proper, continuous video proof will be automatically rejected.


The Replacement Process

If your product is verified as damaged, defective, or incorrect based on your submitted video, we will gladly issue a replacement.

For the exchange to be processed successfully, the original product must be handed back with the following:

  • Original, undamaged packaging

  • All included accessories

  • Intact serial numbers or tags (if applicable)

Same-Day Dispatch: Once we receive and successfully verify the original product at our facility, we will dispatch your replacement item on the exact same day.


A Final Note to Our Customers

We strongly advise all customers to make a habit of recording a comprehensive 360-degree unboxing video to safeguard against any transit issues. Should you encounter a problem, please report it to us immediately upon receiving the product so we can ensure a swift and smooth resolution.
